I've decided that I no longer want to play "games" and try to be on "diets" and things of that nature. I am going to actually do something useful this time and change who I am. That sounds corny... I know. That being the case, I am going to start posting my progress every Tuesday, and I think I will call it non-fat Tuesday. Cute huh? I give you week one.
