Comment:  Doing this a day early only because I have now lost 10% of my body weight!  Thats pretty damn cool if you ask me!  This first 26 really wasn't that bad... I hope the next 26 is just as easy!

Comment:  Not as much as I had hoped, but still a loss none the less.  Only 8 pounds to go until I hit my first goal!  There will be singing and dancing in the streets!

Comment: Kickin it into high gear!  Didn't run as much this last week but still satisfied with 2.5 pounds.  I think it is getting easier...

Comment:  Oh so friggin' close to the -10 pound mark.  Little disappointed in only losing 2 pounds for the week, so I am doubling my workout this week to see if that helps.  Got South by Southwest this weekend so it should be interesting as far as food goes.

A non-fat Tuesday

I've decided that I no longer want to play "games" and try to be on "diets" and things of that nature.  I am going to actually do something useful this time and change who I am.  That sounds corny... I know.  That being the case, I am going to start posting my progress every Tuesday, and I think I will call it non-fat Tuesday.  Cute huh?  I give you week one.
